Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts
Will be submitted in English, before April 12nd, 2022 (new date)
The submitting author is responsible for the scientific content and format of the abstract.
Types of presentations
You can choose among three presentation types:
- Oral Communications: 15 minutes (postdoctoral fellows and young researchers starting an independent career will be preferred)
- Flash Communications & Poster: 5 minutes (designed for PhD students) and poster (90cm width and 120 cm height)
- Poster ( posters will be maximum 90 cm width and 120cm height)
The Scientific Committee will determine the acceptance and final format of presentations
Templates
All abstracts will be written using the template.
Abstracts will be published in black and white, in the same format as your uploaded document.
Authors will be identified by their first name initials and surnames.
University/ institution of the origin of the authors.
Abstracts should not exceed on A4 page.
Save the abstract as MSWord (.doc or .docx) format.
Required to be attached on the platform.
